Taught By: Andrew Hartman with HartmanLaw, LLC CE Credits: 3 Hours Georgia’s licensing law protects the public from unqualified or dishonest licensees, sets minimum standards for broker and salesperson licensing, upholds professional standards, and promotes fair competition. Licensees must renew and report to GREC every four years.
