The Cobb REALTORS® Leadership Academy is designed for members who are ready to grow, serve, and advance within the REALTOR® profession. Through intentional leadership development, hands-on learning, and strategic networking, you’ll gain the tools and confidence to pursue committee roles, board service, advocacy involvement, and industry recognition.

Using your personalized DISC leadership profile, we help you understand how you naturally communicate, lead, and make decisions — then show you how to leverage those strengths to stand out and succeed in the REALTOR® world.
