2026 Membership Renewal Information: It’s time to renew your membership for 2026! Renewal invoices will be emailed the first week of September, and online renewal opens at the same time. Payment is due by October 1, 2025. (If you joined after May 1, 2025, your deadline is December 1, 2025.) Avoid Late Fees: A $25 late fee will apply after October 1. Additional $25 fees will be added after November 1 and again after December 1 (up to $75 total). Don’t Risk Termination: Dues must be paid by December 31, 2025 to maintain your membership with NAR, GAR, and Cobb REALTORS®. After that, membership is terminated, and reinstatement requires all past dues/late fees plus a $100 reinstatement fee.
