Class: 

1 hour: This class is designed to educate agents on the current trends in cyber safety, with the idea of understanding how to identify and assess risks and decrease risk exposure to agents and their clients.

Outline:

1. Understand Wire Fraud
2. Understand Land Sale Fraud
3. Understand best practices for securing social media, e-mail and personal data

2 hour: Situational Awareness class taught from Governor’s Instructor Wooley who is a POST Certified Trainer, which will consist of strategies to instill safety awareness and habits so that real estate professionals knows how to respond to dangerous situations and take appropriate actions. 

Outline:

1. Your personal safety: This section will allow you to be able to give examples of personal protection methods used by real estate professionals, understand criminal motivation, define situational awareness, identify personal awareness tools, and know how to respond to threats.
2. Safety with buyers: This section will allow you to know the best steps to take when arriving at a property, recognizes red flags, and you will learn risk mitigation strategies to take during showings. 
3. Safety with sellers: This section will allow you to understand the risks of photos and virtual home tours and show you how to safely conduct open houses and show homes.

NOTES: 

• After the class, attendees will get an optionaladditional hour on the range for our “Handgun familiarity Class” included in the class fee. The instructor will spend time with everyone explaining gun safety, how to properly hold a firearm and how to shoot a firearm. They will each get a box of 25 ammo to shoot. 
  • Max the class at 30 people
• (3 Hour CE Credit), plus the optional 1 hour for range time. Followed by happy hour on the patio for appetizers and drinks as everyone finishes up.
