Taught by Cheryl King with Thomas & Brown. This course explores the differences between the GAR Lot and Land Purchase, the GAR Land Purchase and Sale Agreement, and the more commonly used Purchase and Sale Agreement. Also compares and contrasts the provisions of each contract and addresses the most common special stipulations and exhibits to use.
