Every REALTOR® must complete the mandatory NAR Code of Ethics for REALTORS® requirement once within each cycle. Cycle 8 will take place from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2027. REALTORS® who do not meet the requirement will have their REALTOR® status suspended on January 1, 2027. This is a national requirement for all REALTORS®. 

Those who have not complete Cycle 7 - this course will only count for your Cycle 7.

NAR established the Code of Ethics training to: 

• Create awareness and appreciation for the role the code can and should play in the professional lives of real estate brokers (REALTORS®) 
• Enhance professionalism and competence
