Our annual Multi-Million Dollar Club (MMDC) applications open January 1, 2026 and will close January 31, 2026 at 5:00 PM. 

Things to check before you apply:

1. Please check with your broker on how your office will handle MMDC applications and payment. 
2. If your brokerage has a new broker or office manager, they should email mmdc@cobbrealtor.com to be added to the approval system. 
3. You must be a member in good standing (2026 dues paid and Code of Ethics completed through Cycle 7) to apply.
