Students will learn how to conduct business, including writing a sales contract with appropriate provisions and disclaimers, which may prevent the need for litigation should problems arise during the closing process or after the closing has occurred. Students will also learn about different forms of fraud, The Brokerage Relationships in Real Estate Transactions Act (BRRTA), and different ways to protect oneself and the client.
