I received my degree in Business and Computer Science from Long Island University in New York. I sharpened my business skills on Wall Street as a Financial Analyst for a major Financial Institution in their Bank Consulting division. It was there that I gained experience and the expertise needed to skillfully and delicately handle adverse situations. I have been a realtor for 20+ years and a business coach since 2015.  The real estate climate in 2008 will always be considered a turning point in my career. It was  chaotic  and full of uncertainty and opportunities. Homeowners were now faced with foreclosures, short sales, loan modifications in record numbers, and trying to make sense of it all. Some of the same people that I helped with their first home purchase were the same ones that needed me to help save their home; coupled with the fact that many realtors that I knew were getting out of the business faster than new licensees were getting in. To better understand the markets of the moment I soon realized that I needed to educate myself in order to help families who were frustrated and concerned about their future. I made the decision to join Keller Williams Realty as their training and education would greatly benefit my clients and equip me to better service them. I received my SFR (short sales and foreclosure resource), and later on my CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) designation in an effort to service this new niche of clients. By weathering the storms, and course correcting at critical junctures in my career my customer service skills have been strengthened  and the testimonials  from my clients will bear proof of that. I was recognized by Keller Williams International in 2019 as a Cultural Ambassador for our company, and I am proud to accept that distinction.  My commitment to real estate is based on the love of helping families achieve the American dream of home ownership. I am completely committed to every client, from my original clients who are now downsizing, to the first time home buyer and everyone in between, who still believes in the American dream.  I am honored to serve my clients all over the Metro Atlanta area.
