Chad is a husband and father to 3 daughters who has invested his life in building and maintaining right relationships. Chad has been involved in real estate on the investing side for nearly 15 years and a former Assistant Trainer at Dale Carnegie of GA. as well as a Certified Coach/Facilitator for leadership training through John C. Maxwell.  These attributes help Chad connect with others by building a bridge between where his clients are vs. where they want to be through truly listening and creating a  plan for success.
