 My education background as well as my previous employment positions, have allowed me to gain skills for developing sales strategies for setting goals, making quotas, and developing plans to meet them. I have hired,managed, and coached sales people to obtain their personal goals and well as the goals of the organization. 
 I became a Realtor for three main reasons. First, I have been in sales for over 20 years and I truly enjoy helping people improve their lives. Home ownership helps people build wealth and accomplish personal goals for their future. Second, In my opinion sales is a form of problem solving, and I enjoy putting together puzzles and solving problems. Finally, I love winning and I get a wonderful thrill helping my clients get the most money for their home or purchasing the home of their dreams! In closing, put me work for you!
