Hi! Here’s some information about me. I have lived for over 25 years in West Cobb County, Georgia, where my two children grew up and attended our wonderful local public schools for grades K-12. I stay actively involved in community enhancement with local business associations and active residents. I am a member of Maximum One Community Realtors (2021 Agent of the Year), Cobb Association of Realtors (2024 Multi-Million Dollar Club), and the National Association of Realtors.

I bring over three decades of business experience in sales, marketing, business development, technological innovation, and leadership to the suburban Atlanta real estate arena. I get the privilege of helping my clients find their favorite or forever home where they can share lasting memories!

As your listing agent, I provide help with home presentation and staging. To create a frenzy surrounding the opportunity to buy your home, I create a compelling Coming Soon campaign prior to going live.

I am a certified Zillow Showcase listing agent. This is great news for your listing because Showcase listings are 20% more likely to go under contract in the first 14 days. Showcase listings sell for an average of 2% more than regular listings. Showcase listings make your home stand out and get exponentially more traffic.

All my Showcase listings include a top tier photographer to capture high resolution, captivating interior & exterior photos, high-res floor plan, and virtual tour with interactive floor plan high-resolution photography professionally edited HDR (high dynamic range) real estate photography offers vibrant still images with blue sky and green grass enhancements.

I promote and host an Open House Event on your launch weekend and every weekend until it is pending. I present you with all offers when received. I can also help you purchase your next home. I am experienced in simultaneous same-day closings.

If you are looking to buy a home, I will help you narrow down the list based on your specific search parameters. I’ll set you up on a private home search portal, where you can search for homes based on real-time MLS data. You will receive daily push notifications when a new home comes on the market matching your search description. On the portal can pick the homes you’d like to see on our buyer’s tour. We’ll visit the homes together and once you find the perfect home for your family; I’ll write and submit a compelling offer to the seller.

Also, I don't use an assistant. The problem I see is that too many agents get assistants and then once they have the listing, pass all of the work off to the assistant while they go search for more listings. I don't think you can do a good job for your clients that way. I prefer fewer, valuable listings where I can be personally involved in every aspect of the showings, marketing, tracking feedback, and negotiating offers.
