Lakiya Carter has been passionate about real estate since childhood, growing up in St. Louis, MO where her father was a General Contractor.  Kiya remembers the fun she had helping her father with renovations and remodels in her early years.  She moved to Cobb County in Atlanta in 2010 and found her true calling in Real Estate soon after.   Kiya along with her husband Will have established WilKi Homes, a residential new construction company focused on creativity and imagination as they carefully curate the design of a home paying close attention to every detail in understanding the way the client will live in that home.

Over the past five years Kiya has been involved in the sales and marketing of over $20 million of real estate in the metropolitan Atlanta area and has won awards including West Georgia Board of Realtors Circle of Excellence Award for consecutive years and Coldwell Banker's International Sterling Society Award and Coldwell Banker's Top Ten Agents in exceptional performance award.  She feels incredibly blessed to work with amazing clients and fellow agents who have become a part of her strong network.
