LaToya Nicole is a native of Atlanta, GA. Due to wanting to leave a legacy for her daughter, Real Estate became a passion in 2003 when her 1st home was built and shortly thereafter, she became a Real Estate Investor so that she could learn more about the industry and provide solutions to others. She has experience in purchasing and selling property as an Investor, as well as being a Landlord (Veteran, Corporate, and Government Subsidized Leasing). To further her real estate career, she became a licensed Realtor® and formed LaToya Nicole Real Estate, LLC, so that she could help others make homeownership a reality or assist with their current/increasing real estate portfolio. LaToya Nicole is certified with the National Commercial Real Estate Association and her clientele includes residential, commercial, probate, real estate owned, and investors. Her service areas are, but not limited to, Metro Atlanta and surrounding areas; she will travel to serve her clients. LaToya Nicole's Motto is "Everything Has a Solution". She is affectionately known as "The Solutions Realtor" because she is a real estate problem solver and believes in educating her clients so that their dream comes true with no client left behind.
