Romie began her real estate career with Atlanta’s oldest luxury brokerage, where she spent nine years building deep market expertise and helping grow one of Atlanta’s highest-producing real estate teams. She later stepped into the role of Qualifying Broker to help launch and establish a new brokerage from the ground up. Throughout that journey, she cultivated key industry partnerships like Zillow, helping expanding market presence and creating tangible opportunities for both agents and clients.

Her expertise spans business development, recruiting, brokerage operations, leadership development, and building the systems and partnerships that fuel sustainable, long-term growth.
